Great location near popular attractions and subway station. Easy access to Times Square, Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Tower, and Empire State Building. Ideal for walking enthusiasts. the room was clean and comfortable for a city hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a convenient location, right next to the 1 Metro Line. It was so easy to explore the city, with quick access to both Uptown and Downtown attractions. There were great dining options nearby, with delicious restaurants just down the street. The room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a spacious bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, with fresh bagels and muffins that were continuously refilled.

While the room was clean and comfortable, we did encounter a slight issue with the lack of washcloths and towels. We had to request them multiple times throughout our stay.

A very useful facility would be the possibility of making coffee/tea in the room (especially in winter!) - that is, a kettle in the room.

View, situation of the very lively but noisy district, proximity of an "organic" food shop, nearby transport, overall a clean and well-kept hotel.

The bed in the rooms for 2 persons under the name QUEEN BED is in fact a normal bed in 140. We were able to change for a dobble-dobble room ( 2 US queen size beds) and there it is quite comfortable. twin beds seem to be non-existent. breakfast included is very basic and american ! Friendly welcome and good advice according to the person on duty . The negotiation to change rooms was quite hard with an employee particularly closed to any suggestion, his more courteous colleague fortunately unblocked the situation by calling his management .

The location was super convenient, right across the street from the 7th Ave subway line. The neighborhood was vibrant and there was plenty to see and do in Chelsea and the Flatiron district. We could easily walk to all the attractions. The room we stayed in had 2 double beds and a nice view of 7th Ave. It was bright, spacious, and clean. The breakfast area was a great feature, offering complimentary breakfast with amazing bagels. The staff at the reception were very helpful, allowing us to store our bags before our flight. a great value for the price.

This hotel boasts an amazing location right beside the subway stop on 23rd Street, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with two queen beds and two windows offering great street views.

The location is excellent. Next to the subway line, with many places to eat nearby. The room is very comfortable and very clean. The ladies who attend the concierge desk are super nice and helped us to make reservations for the return trip on the transport.

The only thing that's weak is the breakfast, which is what could be improved.

We chose this hotel for our one night stay due to its affordable price and convenient location in Chelsea. Despite a small hiccup with the wrong room key, the staff quickly resolved the issue and provided us with the correct one. The room, though basic, had all the necessary amenities such as a bathroom with a hot shower and a TV with various channels. Although the curtains didn't completely cover the window, the room faced away from the street, ensuring a quiet stay. While we unfortunately missed breakfast due to our early departure, we found the overall value for money to be great.

location is the best thing about the hotel. subway is practically right outside the door and takes you to the most important points of the city. service staff is absolutely courteous. for the price there is nothing better in this location.

if one had to criticize something then it would be the somewhat meager breakfast (whereby one becomes nevertheless very full). the furniture in the hotel room is a little bit older. the advantages outweigh clearly.
